{New Feature... Yippee!}

Blogger has this new feature for the list of Blogs that you keep track of. I had to copy and paste all my friends to this new application but it's worth it. It lets me and my readers know who has updated their blog and how recent. I LOVE THAT!!! This is gonna save me tons of time, cause I'll only have to check the blogs I know that i haven't read since the last time they updated. I love technology! To add this to your own blog, go to the Layout tab to customize, click on 'add a gadget', a pop-up window will have it on the top listed as 'Blog List (New)'.

{The BIG 4!}

My {Bug} is growing up! I took these shots of him yesterday for his birthday today. What a stud!! My dad pulled out his old Harley Davidson. When Halen turns 44 he will be able to say that bike is 100 years old. It'll be pretty sweet and hopefully by then my dad will have it restored so my boys can take a spin on it!

{Zorgons are invading our home}

My lil {Bug} & {Skunk} often ask to watch Zathura. This is the prequel to Jumanji despite being released 10 years hence. It's a really cute family film about 2 brothers who do not get along at all. But when their father leaves them home for a while so he can run to the office for something, the boys learn to appreciate each other as they start to play a very old and dangerous board game found in the basement. The main villains in the movie are the reptile alien forms, Zorgons. Well my boys have been starting to play as if they are the brothers in the movie. They will run all over the house {Bug} yelling, "The Zorgons are here! AHHHH! Run! Hide! ZORGONS!" & {Skunk} running behind him yelling, "Zorgons, Zorgons, Zorgons!". This is the cutest funniest thing for me to watch as they run hiding in the pantry or laundry room or anywhere else they think would be a safe hiding place from the Zorgons. Well {Skunk} being as young as he is, and not knowing the difference between make-believe and real, started really getting emotional about it and as his screaming escalated into hysteric tears and running to me bawlin into my shoulder, "Zorgons here" over and over. I told him there were no Zorgons and he told me "Zorgons bye bye" and asking me "all gone?". I told {Bug} he can't play Zorgons any more with {Skunk} because it scares him. Needless to say I will no longer be putting that movie on when {Skunk} is around. On a side note, the younger brother Danny, in the movie has my lil {Skunks} eyes, big and dark puppy dog eyes. Love it!!

{Birthday Fun & Spoilage}

So yesterday I celebrated by birthday a few days early at Lagoon with {Twinkie}. I haven't been to Lagoon in over 5 years! It was a blast and let me tell you, that Wicked ride is so worth any length of line waiting. After riding it, nothing else can compete... unless you wanna fork out more money for the Sky Coaster or Catapult of course. Another ride that was new since I had been there was The Spider and it was really fun too. I was extremely happy yesterday, it was just perfect. We avoided most lines and it wasn't too hot for the most part. I got to ride all the rides I wanted to ride that were open of course (Centennial Screamer & Samurai were both closed yesterday, 2 of my favorites). And ate some really really impressively good BBQ ribs and corn on the cob in Pioneer Village. To those of you who have not been to Lagoon in a long time, such as I, a few words of caution,... The Bat...{sigh} not as fun and thrilling as they try and make it sound. In fact it basically just bounces your head really hard back and forth between two not so soft bumper pads. :( But on a more fantastic note, I got to spend my day with my most favorite person in the WHOLE WORLD (next to m'boys that is) and felt like a million bucks. I was totally getting spoiled for my birthday for sure! Afterwards went and cuddled up to Definitely Maybe, twizzlers, popcorn with extra butter and blue raspberry Mtn Dew. Such a cute movie! Definitely 28 is gonna be GREAT!!! This has been the best birthday EVER!!! ;)
