{SITS}

Ok bloggers, I've just found this great place where bloggers support bloggers by commenting on each others blogs... that's a lot of blog word-age. It's called "The Secret Is In The Sauce". Basically this is a great networking site and I am thrilled to have found it and am looking forward to getting more visits and comments on my blog. Also I love reading other blogs that I find there and I believe it is helping me be a better blogger. Soooo.... Go check them out HERE.

So I've started a new adventure and blog. It's all food and food photography, recipes included. They will be my most favorites and that means they are easy to make too. Hop on over and take a peek! P.S. Not like she has the time for this, but my BFF Brit is the one who should be doing a blog like this. She is amazing in the kitchen and even has the talent of making up her own recipes that turn out TO DIE FOR!!! I'm just aspiring to be more like her.

{This is what I've become}

Ok, so essentially this is what I am doing when playing World of Warcraft. On Ventrilo I can talk to other players (so much more convenient than typing it out... which I sometimes still do.) Yes, it may be nerdy, but I have so much fun doing it, I just don't care what it makes me look like... even if it's like these guys here in the clip. It's even more amusing when I'm in the same room playing with {Twinkie} and typing chat to him or listening to everyone get extremely into it on Vent. I have had my moments of sheer nervousness (amusing to anyone watching me)... when waiting to enter a battleground I basically freak out.
A fellow blogger/photographer/digital scrapbooker/WoW gamer posted this clip on her blog and it cracked me up cause it's so true to the life of gamers like me & her.

My good friend Naomi posted this on her blog and I couldn't pass it up and not post it on mine as well. I love this short film. I also love the song, I've heard Josh Groban sing it.

{1st Day of School}

Well today was {Bug}'s first day of school. And believe me it didn't come soon enough... for him. Ever since we had back to school night 2 weeks ago, he has been asking constantly when he was gonna go to school. But it finally came. Hip Hip Hooray!! And it was everything he hoped it would be. He absolutely loved it and can't wait for Wednesday to come so he can go back. A couple of my friends blogs mentioned how their younger one had a hard time with the older one going to school. I really didn't believe that it would affect {Skunk} at all. I was SO wrong! As soon as I got back in the drivers seat to leave the school after dropping {Bug} off, {Skunk} instantly started in... "Bwover? Bwover? Where Bwover?" He was so concerned that we were leaving with out him in the car. I explained that we would pick his brother up in a few hours cause he was in school, but we were going to the gym and he could play with the toys. That distracted him for the moment. After I had been on the olyptical for 30 min and was starting on the weights I noticed {Skunk} looking for me out the window of the play room with tears in his eyes. As soon as he saw me he burst into sobs. I figured I could be done at that point and so I went in to get him. He ran up to me and started pleading for his brother. It broke my heart. We still had an hour and a half left. The lady in the daycare area told me he was just fine but at one point just broke down in tears in the corner of the room. He was really missing his best friend and brother. Then when it was finally time to go pick {Bug} up from school, and {Skunk} so excited to see him, fell asleep as we waited in the long line of cars all picking up their pre-schoolers. I was excited to see my happy lil' pre-schooler myself. He told me all about his day and he even earned a gold token that he gets to save for a treat at school for "getting caught being good". This makes me so proud.

{New Feature... Yippee!}

Blogger has this new feature for the list of Blogs that you keep track of. I had to copy and paste all my friends to this new application but it's worth it. It lets me and my readers know who has updated their blog and how recent. I LOVE THAT!!! This is gonna save me tons of time, cause I'll only have to check the blogs I know that i haven't read since the last time they updated. I love technology! To add this to your own blog, go to the Layout tab to customize, click on 'add a gadget', a pop-up window will have it on the top listed as 'Blog List (New)'.
