We left the cool & rain of June and entered the consistently hotter growing July, thus, breaking out the garden sprinklers to run thru. Mind you, this took a lot of nerve building on m'boys part to actually run and jump over the sprinkler. They looked at me like I was nuts when I asked them to do it, but once they did, they couldn't get enough...

I went to my cute new SIL's bachellorette party, which consisted of going to Adult Fitness & Dance and learned some things on the pole. My buns were SO soar the next day and my arms began to ache the day after that. It was a complete BLAST!! We also had the Slumber parties that night, which is where I decided to become a distributor.

Two days before my brothers wedding my mom & I took my Auntie Queen Bee from Cali & m'boys to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. It was so beautiful! When we walked into the celestial room my lil {Bug} turned to me and said "This is my favorite room mom!" It was so brightly lit and it had a huge beautiful sparkling chandelier. It was my favorite room too.

After that we went to Great Harvest Bread and grabbed some sandwiches, & then drove up to This Is The Place Monument. We took a train ride around the grounds and m'boys got to pet some goats and lambs in the petting zoo. They also had a pony ride. {Skunk} could not wipe that smile off his face and wanted to take every animal home with us.

Here are my sweet lil' cowboys in the gift shop. And this is one of the things that my Auntie Queen Bee made for the rehearsal dinner. This is just the Pollo Asada marinating, but I thought it was so pretty that way I had to break out my camera for it. Mmm... *drool* sooo good!

On to the big day! It was so beautiful & I am so happy for these two. I had a great assistant helping out since I was in the wedding line. Also, my sweetheart had my camera and was getting some great shots too. I hope to retire him someday so he can just come along with me on all my sessions as my assistant. Now isn't it a general rule that something will always go wrong at a wedding. Well, just before we were supposed to start the procession, {Bug} sat down on a bench and 2 wasps came out. One stung him on his nose and the other on his finger. My sister ran him over to where there was ice. I really didn't think we were gonna get him calmed down to walk as a ring bearer, but thankfully he is a toughy and he did such a great job. I'm super proud of him.

My {Skunk} is so full of love. He never runs out of kisses or "I love you mom". I hope he never grows out of this, it just melts my heart!

*sigh* such a hottie!

Here I am dancing with my newly wed brother & with my {Twinkie}. They had such a great party after the wedding. It was so much fun and so well done!

Lately {Skunk} has wanted to play photographer with my small camera. On this morning I let him take a picture of me still in bed. His lil fingers covered the flash, hence the color distortion. Also, this same morning while I was getting ready I caught to boys coloring so quietly in their room. Happy mommy moments!

Halfway through the month m'mama decided that it would be fun for the boys to have a slip n' slide. So she brought this cool 3D Shark one home from Wal-mart. M'boys LOVE it!!! It even came with 3D goggles, so funny!

Just before {Twinkie} took me for a bike ride up the canyon to The Oaks for dinner, I took a photo of his lil' big dog The Dude. Look at that face... He has no idea we are about to leave him home... again. Poor guy!

We joined our former next door neighbors at the 24th of July Pioneer Day Parade. It was... sorta long & hot. The tops of my feet got sunburned. And at times I don't think m'boys really wanted to be there. But hey, I had my camera so I was having fun! Here are m'boys with their best friend "C" watching the ants before the parade started.

Chopper 5 catching the action...

This is {Twinkie's} friend & such a funny guy... Paul Blart!

This was AWESOME!! The missionaries for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They were all singing "Called to Serve" and one of them came up to {Bug} and gave him a picture of the SLC temple.

Here are our new next door neighbors on the Coldwater Stake float... We yelled out "Hi "M"!" to the lil' girl. And she yelled her hello's back to {Bug}. Later that night "M's" mother told me that "M" has a crush on my {Bug} and she got SO embarrassed that her mom was revealing her lil secret. So cute!

Fire truck sirens were too loud for the boys...

It got really hot in the end...

But {Skunk} made sure everyone had a turn with the fan on them...

After the parade we headed over to our former NDN house with the Shark slip n' slide and we had a good ol' time playing in the pools and keepin' cool.

And that evening we had some sparkler fun...

One of my crazy cool cousins from Cali came to visit with her husband last weekend. We had such a fun time with them and getting to know her & her husband better. I totally fell in-love with her hair and I am planning on attempting this haircut come next spring. I decided it would be too cold for me to do now with fall and winter around the corner. The truly amazing thing is she has this wonderful talent... she cuts her own hair and has for many years by just looking in the mirror and going at it with scissors. Sorry but I won't be attempting to acquire my new hair-do this way. I'm gonna let her keep the bragging rights to that one.

Someone left their glasses on the park picnic table...

Beautiful sunset from our neighborhood just before we all said our goodbyes...

A couple of days ago me, my BF & his quite adorable parents went down to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple open house. Again, it was such a great experience with such a great spirit. I love going to the temple! Especially with those I love! I have absolutely enjoyed getting to know {Twinkie's} parents. They are such a kind and sweet couple & they've just put me at ease from the moment I met them. <3

Well, I believe that sums it up for the month! If you made it all the way thru that, I congratulate you. Hope it was worth your time.

It was definatly worth the time:) Looks like SO much fun!!! You and Mitch are such a cute couple, and you looked so pretty at the wedding!!!
so, we were sitting directly across from you at the parade! In fact, I believe some members of my huge family were caught in your "fire truck engines were too loud for the boys" photo. I just double checked, and yep. I'm sure that's our family. Too bad we didn't run into each other!
btw, it's sooooo wierd to see Shirley without pitch black hair.
So glad to see you so happy!
Mitch is way fun too! I'm glad you two have found each other!!!
